P.S.W.

I am a PSW, inwork in 2 long term care homes. I enjoy my work. Due to circumstances I had to return to 1 of my jobs when my son was 6m old. He is now 8m old. I work nights, i generally very tired. As he gets older, and going through a lead right now, I am fiding sleep hard to come by. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. TIA
- cant afford a babysitter to stay extra
- daddy works 12h-16h days, so i dont ask him for much
